We visit this McD (N1°29.702' E103°48.924') at Permas Jaya few times back......
As usual this time, we having our weekend breakfast here....
And they surprise us by the 'toilet'! Shit was everywhere but the cleaner seems like nothing happens having her own sweet time sweeping the floor in front of the counter....where there's no customer.
Just imagine that, the restaurant is fully air-condition and customers are enjoy having their meals, but mixed with some special smell.....?!
Anyway, the peoples who serve at the counter are not polite even. From the moment we walked in until we left, there are no smiling face from the staffs over here!
Hmm....this is the worst McD I visited, and will not back again, will you?

MY TRIPS - Home
Never had any good exprience eating in McDonalds or any other fast food like KFC, PizzaHut, etc. Their staffs are totally unprofessional.
ReplyDeletei totally agree that customer service is so important... and that makes or 'breaks' a place...
ReplyDeletelike you said, you wont visit this place anymore. i too may not visit some places ive been to before again.. i just had such a rude encounter over the weekend! and its the 2nd time in the same place! (its a bookstore btw!).
Thanks for the notification bro. I'll avoid the McD. In fact I don't visit fast food restaurant anymore for a very long time, these lazy chaps makes the place nice on the outside but its worst inside. I better visit transparent stalls / cook foods.
ReplyDeleteHi guys,
ReplyDeleteThanks for visit & comments.
I believe it's all come to the 'Respect'.
Respect your job, respect others! Not only with this will change the current situation...but at least something better than now!
nice information

Through my travels, I've found that smiling & (extreme) courtesy is an American ideology (and sometimes, but not so frequently asian).
ReplyDeleteAt almost every McDonalds in the US you'll find this type of fake happiness atmosphere, but in europe it disappears.
Hi Chris,
ReplyDeleteI agree....
Courtesy is Not the priority in Asia. This really upset! I believe this somehow related to their background & the way they grew up.
Still the same sentence I wanna say :"Courtesy is Not the priority!"
Just wish the situation will change One day.....
Cheers!
chris & robo, ive been to australia & i find some smiles & greetings are fake. they are courteous, but not genuine. and i agree with robo, that in malaysia, and generally south east asia, courtesy is supposedly what we strive for... though maybe it's fading away...
ReplyDeleteQuachee,
ReplyDeleteI agree too. It's because of their basic needs....the "Smile". Even it's fake but still better than nothing! :)
